2x Team Relays:

  • Jump over tire wall.
  • 12 KB swings (72/53) (53/35) at far cone.
  • Run back and jump over tire wall.

Go inside gym:
20 rounds of the following, u-go-I-go
1 rope climb
6 S2O (115/75)
3 burpees

Grab a tire and roll to the grassy field. Team flip between cones. Each time you pass a cone, team does 10 dap pushups.

Roll tire back to gym.

Inside gym. U-go-I-go.
80 Overhead squats (115/85) (95/75)
80 Cleans (155/105) (135/95)

Team tire flip 200m.
