STEP 1 – 1000m run
STEP 2 – 50M sled relays (3 each) (2/1)
STEP 3 – Begin half “Trevor” – (2 people working at once)
150 pull-ups
200 pushups
250 sit-ups
300 air squats
STEP 4 – (u-go-I-go, only 1 barbell)
60 snatches (135/95) (115/85)
60 cleans (155/105) (135/95)
STEP 5- 1000m sled push (2/1)

Notes: Set up in the street for 50m for the relays. Can go 50M out, then switch partners. Two people working at once on the half Trevor.
