Teams of 4 – (Split reps, U-go-I-go unless otherwise noted)

Buy-in: 160 wall balls

Team tireflip to 400m and back (two people working at each station)
Stop sign: 40 military sit-ups each
Cone 1 – 40 push-ups each
Cone 2 – 40 tire jump-ups each
400m marker: 40 burpees each

Roll tire back to gym, no stations.

Two people working at once:
120 thrusters (115/75) (95/65)
120 pull-ups

1000m team barbell carry (use same thruster weight)
