Assign 1 teammate per movement. Switch when all 4 movements are complete, then go to round 2.
* 30 Wall balls (20/15)
* 30 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
* 30 Shoulder to overheads (95/65) (115/75)
* 30 Snatches (65/35) (75/45)

Immediately start after round 1, cannot do the same movement:
* 30 Wall balls (20/15)
* 30 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
* 30 Shoulder to overheads (95/65) (115/75)
* 30 Snatches (65/35) (75/45)

When full team is finished, immediately do the following:

400m – Sled push – (1/0)

Gym: (u-go-I-go)
100 Front squats (115/75) (135/95)
100 Hanging knee raises

400m – sled push (2/1)

60 Front squats (135/95) (155/105)
60 Weighted hanging knee raises (20/10)

Murphy loop sled push (3/2)

40 Front squats (155/105) (185/105)
100 Handstand push-ups or 100 Push presses (95/65) (115/75)

Murphy loop sled push (4/3)
100m bear crawl (team)

MOD: Substitute strict pull-ups or ring rows for weighted pull-ups.
