can push all,carry 1 overhead, or carry one overhead and one bear hug, or interchangeably through the loop.
400 mark: 30 plate g20h, 30 weighted push ups 30 squats
At the 800 mark: 30 v-up,30mtn climbers, 30 oh lunges
back at gym:
1 partner run 100m, partner 2: 12 ball slams partner 3 planks
5 synchro burpees at every switch(repeat until all partners run 400m)
30 synchro sit ups.
