Work Set
5 Reps @ 75% of 1 RM
3 Reps @ 85% of 1 RM
1 or more Reps @ 95% of 1 RM
WOD
Perform the following exercises on the minute for 12 Minutes:
2 Power Cleans @ 75% of 1 RM
5 Burpees
then,
100m Prowler Push for 3 Rounds.
Rest 2 Minutes between each push.
