5 Rounds, 2 person team:

Everybody continues working until Team completes D-Ball Relay across parking lot

Station 1 – D-Ball Relay; Partner 1 tosses #20 D-Ball, Partner 2 runs to recover and toss to partner
Station 2 – Kneeling, Overhead Medball Toss to Push Up
Station 3 – Get Ups to Ball Slam with D-Ball
Station 4 – Standing MedBall Toss, 10ft apart, both feet have to be on the ground
Station 5 – MedBall Cleans
