It’s That Time Again…

Two Person Team
Partner 1 starts with a 400m Run while Partner 2 Rows
When P1 returns from run, he/she proceeds to 50m Uneven Farmer’s Carry/Heavy Bag Carry while P2 moves to Ball Slams. Switch is called when P1 completes Farmer’s Walk.  Partners change positions.  Exercise stations include: Kettlebell Swings, Push Ups, Air Squats & Box Jumps.
Team calls time as P1 Rows & when P2 completes 400m Run.
