“I Love It When A Plan Comes Together”

As “A-Team” of 4, complete the following:
800m Team Run
200 Team Burpees
400m Team Chase Ball
200 Team Kettlebell Swings
800m Team Run

Must complete the 800m runs as a team.  All team members must be present before moving to next exercise.
Burpees – One rep per member at a time. “You-go, I go”
Chase Ball/20#D Ball – Alternate ball toss amongst team members for 400m.
Kettlebell Swings – Only one person can swing, all others rest in push-up plank position.
Complete 800m Team Run, time stops when last person crosses finish line.
