8 American KB swings (53/35)
8 ball slams (20/15)

Notes: Great vested workout. If you don’t have a vest, try doing a sandbag or plate run.

HIGH
3 rounds / 90″ rest
Front rack walks + 5 deadlifts + front walk back

Notes: Front rack walk inside gym. Starts with clean from the ground. Use a second, heavier bar for deadlifts.
