MEDIUM🔥🔥
8 rounds of
8 plate ground-to-overheads
8 air squats
then 1′ rest
6 rounds of
9 box jump-overs (or step-up, step-down)
9 ball slams (20/15)
then 1′ rest
4 rounds of
10 American kettlebell swings (72/53)
6 burpees (or 6 HSPU)

Notes: For this workout, do the 8 work rounds and then take a 1′ break before moving on to the 6 rounder. Don’t take a 1′ break each round! This is a good vested workout. If vested, you might want to try a much lower box or step-ups.

3 rounds / 90″ rest
7 heavy goblet squats + 50m sled drag

Notes: Use the black shoulder straps for the sled drag. Heavy it up!
