15 Dumbbell push press + 60″ plank hold

200m run

Notes: Do this with a running clock. When the run is complete, you’re done with this section.

MEDIUM🔥🔥
6 rounds:
10 Dumbbell thrusters or light barbell thrusters
15m bear crawl
15m run
15 ball slams
15m bear crawl
15m run
30″ hollow rock hold / superman hold (alternate every round)

Notes: Thrusters can either be dumbbells or barbell, depending on what you have. If you go barbell, go LIGHT. This gets nasty. Mark out a 15m turnaround. You’re bear crawling out and running back. This will be around 18-20 minutes.
