Testing for Snatch

This week we will work on finding a 3RM for the Clean/Jerk/Snatch. Today will be the Snatch, the goal is to catch the bar as possible and necessary to successfully make the lift. A 3RM would be a weight you can manage three consecutive lifts with no down time, though reset time is encouraged.

10 SA Dumbell C+J (50/35)

10 Step Up (24/20)
10 Burpees
