Weightlifting:
Deload Week: Deadlift, still using 90% of tested 1RM

Set 1 – 5 @ 40%
Set 2 – 5 @ 50%
Set 3 – 5 @ 60%

Equipment Needed: Sled w/ 1 45# Plate, 2 KB (53/35), 1 Jump Rope

Choose Your Own Adventure!
Load all equipment onto Sled, put sled at bay door.
*You can keep your kb on your sled by putting the handles around the poles.*

For Time:
1 Rope Climb (or 3 rope pull ups)
5 Pull Ups
Sled Push to 200m Line, then either 30 Push Ups & 30 DUBs *or* 40 Pike Push Ups & 15 Burpees
Next
Farmer’s Carry both KB to 400m Line, then either 30 AKB & 40 Side hops
