Weightlifting: Deadlift

WOD:
5 rounds
⁃ 18/13 cal row
⁃ 10 ball slams
2 minutes to complete each round
2 minute rest in between each round

⁃ Running clock, work together rest together
⁃ Score is average time for all rounds.
(To find the average time add all the times and divide by 5)

Conditioning:
⁃ 4 x 400m runs
⁃ Rest 1:1 ( If the run takes 2:30 you rest 2:30)
– Bring a stopwatch or your phone
⁃ Runs are meant to be done as fast as possible and try for a consistent time
