5 x 3 overhead squats (medium)

WOD warmup – spend 10 minutes warming up snatches, T2B, and muscle-ups.

With a running clock and a 20′ cap:
3 rounds for time
6 power snatches
12 toes-to-bar

Rest 3 minutes

3 rounds for time
12 overhead squats
6 bar muscle-ups

20′ cap

L1: 95/65
L2: 115/85
L3: 135/95

Notes: Substitute jumping MU’s or burpee pull-ups for Bar MU
