1RM Deadlift (1 x 1)
Finding or calculating 1RM for the deadlift to more accurately lift in our working sets during the coming strength cycle.

Conditioning: 20′ Time cap:
100 burpee over rower
Row for max distance

*complete the burpees and use remaining time on the clock to row as far as possible. Score is based upon meters rowed.

Use PVC hurdles in closet instead of hopping over rower.
