Build to a heavy squat clean, should be at least in your working weight range below.

3 rounds
1 deadlift @ 85-90%
5 Toes-to-bar
2 squat cleans @ 75-80%
2 rope climbs

Rx+: Substitute 3 muscle-ups’s for T2B.

Cool down: 400m group walk / drink a beer with Brent
