Dynamic warm-up:

  • 2 wall walks
  • 4-5 strict pull-ups (or variant)

Metcon:
8 rounds for time
5 HSPU or variant
5 burpees
5 goblet squats (53/35)
1 deadlift @ 70-75%

RX+: Add 2 muscle-ups or chest-to-bars per round
