3 rounds for quality
10 air squats
10-20 second handstand holds
10 C’s and D’s hanging from bar

Conditioning:
4 rounds of the following
1 Deadlift @ 80% of max
2 Dumbbell push presses (50/35)
3 Chest-to-bar pull-ups or 3 muscle-ups (bar or ring)
20m broad jumps

Cool down: 400m walk
