As a Team of 4, complete the following:

400m Uneven Farmer’s Walk

200 Pull Ups

400m Run

300 OH Press (65#M / 45#W)

400m Uneven Farmer’s Walk

Rules: Dumbells cannot touch ground. Farmer’s Walk/Run must be completed as a team. Only one person on the bar for pull ups. Overhead Press, barbell cannot touch ground.  Penalty – 5 Team Burpees.
