For Time

In a 3 or 4 person team, while Partner 1 Rows for Meters,

Partners 2, 3 or 4 must complete a combined number of reps:

50 Ring Dips

75 Sit Ups

100 PushUps

When “Switch” is called, Partner 2 moves to Rower, Partner 1 begins movements with Partners 3 & 4.  Each team member will Row.  Time is called when all members have rowed and reps are complete.
