Run 400m – Row 500m
Box Jumps (24″/20″) – Push Press (115#/75#)
Air Squats – Situps
Wall Balls (20#/14#) – Ball Slams (20#/15#)
Hang Power Cleans (135#/95#) –  Burpee Over Partner
Run 400m – Row 500m

For Time.

– Team Members work in pairs. While 2 members Run, 2 are Rowing (1 at a time).
While 2 do box jumps, 2 are doing push press… etc
– Reps must be divided evenly between team members. 1 member will do 1 extra rep.
– 1 Partner from each pair working at a time. (Row/Run are Relay style with 1 partner running at a time.)
