Repeat the Following Sequence 5 times for 1 Round.

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

Complete 7 Rounds.

Increase weight after each round. Power Clean must be separate from the press. Barbell cannot touch ground during rounds.

10 Burpee Penalty Each Time Barbell Touches Ground during Round.
