TORC Squats. Wk 7
10 Reps at 40% of 1RM
10 Reps at 50% of 1RM
10 Reps at 60% of 1RM
20 Reps at 70% of 1RM (If you hit all 20 at 65% last week)

AMRAP in 9:00 of:
3 Power Snatch (105#M/75#F)
4 Overhead Squats
5 Box Jumps (24″M/20″F)
6 Reverse Burpees*

*Must stand and jump w/hips extended to be complete rep
