2 Rounds For Time

Strength: Press@75% of 1 Rep Max.  3 Reps on the Minute for 5 Rounds.

WOD: As a four person team, Partner 1 Runs 400m, Partner 2 Rows for Meters, Partner 3 completes as many reps possible of Kettlebell Swings and Partner 4 completes as many reps possible of Sit Ups. Partner 1 calls “Switch” upon return from run and moves to Rower. Partner 2 moves to Kettlebell Swing, Partner 3 moves to Sit Ups and Partner 4 goes on Run.  Each team member must complete all movements for 2 Rounds.
