🔥🔥Hawt Fire, 3-19-2020🔥🔥

This is an easy WOD to accomplish in your driveway. All you need is a couple pieces of equipment and a street to run down. You can do this with as little as an abmat, a plate, and a stopwatch. If you have a vest, wear it and make it even spicier. Remember to rest and hydrate in between sections as it’s getting 🔥 out.

LOW:
9′ EMOM

  • 10 Plate ground-to-overheads
  • 15 Air squats + planking remainder of the minute
  • 100m run

MEDIUM:
10 rounds of
8 sit-ups
6 lunges with object
100m run with object

Shooting for around 18-20′ on this section

Notes: Objects can be just about anything: Sandbag, dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, etc.

HIGH:
4 sprints / 60″ rest in-between
10 plate ground-to-overheads
10 burpees

Go as fast as you can and get your heart rate up! 60 seconds rest after each sprint.
